The Power of Love & The Love of Power is an intense 45-minute duo dance performance about the strength of affection and passion opposed to the allure of influence and control. Featuring exceptional Manifest Dance Company (MNFST) performers Giulia Cenni and Uri Eugenio.
The contemporary dance piece explores the notion that genuine connection and true love are scarce in today’s technological world – an era where authentic individuals and emotions are fading. In a near future scenario where face-to-face meetings become rare, how will we forge relationships without social apps like FaceTime or WhatsApp?
Our new show, The Power of Love & The Love of Power, offers a stunning voyage and perspective on human connection, highlighting the value of genuine live meetings, true romantic sparks of attraction and love pursuits amidst our hectic, virtually distraction-filled everyday existence.
